Work carried out as agreed in advance and efficiently with impressive results. Roof now as good as new and gutters and PVC cladding sparkling clean! The team were helpful and considerate and as promised there was no mess.

We're in Hersham and found this company who were local. Great work from the two guys who turned up. They were polite and went straight to work. Our gutters are quite high up, but that was no problem at all and it all looked immaculate afterwards. Really pleased with the results and would endorse them.

We have used JWS for almost seven years now and we have never been disappointed with the work done. Such a friendly team who know their stuff. This time they worked tirelessly to clean the gutters, soffits and down pipes, and remove leaves from and cleaning a carport inside and out and the same with a polycarbonate roof over a garden side room. After all that was done I asked them if they could also do the terrace and decks... The latter of which has really exceeded all of my expectations. I didn't think the decking could ever look that good again. Wow! I'm not embarrassed to ask people round for a BBQ now!

We thought we were going to have to replace our gutters as they were leaking. We decided to get these guys round to our property in Teddington to take a look for us first since we wanted our soffits done too – and low and behold the problem was that the gutters were just blocked. All fixed now with minimal fuss and expense.

I suspected that our gutters were really blocked as they had been overflowing. Turns out they were pretty clean and it was just one tiny blockage causing all the trouble. It was cleared in no time and they actually charged me less as it was a smaller job than anticipated. Honest and trustworthy would 100% vouch for them. On time too despite Wimbledon rush hour.

These guys really take pride in their work and they kept to all of their promises. They turned up on time and we paid the price that we were quoted. The work they have done has made such a difference - no more blocked gutters or water dripping down the side of the house.

Excellent work from the guys who came round. They were really thorough and left no mess. Cleaning of gutters, house exterior and windows were also included in the service that we booked and they were respectful towards the neighbours too. Would 100% recommended them.

Moved into our new house and saw pretty much straight away that the gutters were overflowing. Contacted JWS and asked them if they could come round fast – and they were there the next day. Gutters all vacuumed and cleaned out and good as new.

We live in a busy part of Croydon, so we were pleased that they actually turned up on time. The guy who came to do the gutters and takes pride in his work and was very professional. Will definitely have him back when they need doing again which is quite often for us, and would recommend the company for sure.

These guys are experts. Great communicators and they used a camera to show me the blockage in my gutters which I thought was pretty impressive. The job was so good that I asked them to do the back gutters at the same time since they had come out to me in Esher. Carried out the job safely without a ladder. Everything left spotless afterwards.

Well impressed with these guys. It's not a small house (big in Surbiton with extension and a conservatory) but gutters, soffits and fascia boards all clean despite the sometimes limited access. Well done!

We needed the guttering of our Cobham Georgian property cleared. It's a difficult because of the age of the property. But JWS vacuumed, cleared and in parts, washed down all the gutters being careful not to cause any damage. I was shown all of the build up of debris which had been causing the problem. I need to wait for it to rain to test out if everything is okay – but I'm sure it will be. The two tradesman who turned up were polite and obviously very experienced. Really appreciated their feedback about the roof too. Noted! Will definitely use again and recommend highly.

Our conservatory and gutters were a right mess due to lots of moss. They're now bright white again, thankfully! Plus all the uPVC elements were given a good wash too and the windows are sparkling again. Grand job!

Following a big storm, we realised that our gutters were really blocked and needed urgent attention. These guys were with us within 48 hours (Walton on the Hill) and set to work straight away. Really good value for money. They spent about six hours cleaning my gutters, soffits and fascia along the wall of the house and over the attached garage, porch and conservatory. Good communication before, during and after. Really professional service and polite too – and they got to me really quickly (Woking).

The two guys who came examined the gutters with a camera before they started work. It took about two-three hours for them to clean it all. They explained the whole process carefully, were really polite and left no mess. Very happy with the work done.

It's no exaggeration to say our white gutters and fascias were black with dirt. These guys were absolutely brilliant, I couldn't believe it had I not seen the before and after pics. Such a through job, I definitely recommend. You can come back again!

These guys did a really excellent job. Not only did the clean out the gutters as I'd hired them to do, but they also fitted some new brackets to replace ones that had corroded. Nice and professional and would definitely use them again.

Birds had nested in my gutters which had left a blockage. They are all cleaned now and they gave me lots of advice too on how keep my gutters clear and prevent the issue from happening again. Nice and professional.

Called JWS out to repair a join that had previously been fixed by someone else but had come apart again in really bad weather. They turned up fast and did the work with no complaints. I felt bad about calling them out for such a little fix so asked him if he could clean the gutters at the same time. But he assured me it was all fine and that the gutters would be good for at least another six months. Good, honest service.

Got these guys round to Bromley to clean the gutters and fascias. The service was prompt and they did a really great job. I did notice that the top of one of the window frames was still a bit dirty afterwards – but in all fairness it was a hard to see spot and they did ask me to inspect it all before they left and I didn't see it then either. So can't complain, great work!

Our sandstone patio was looking so grotty – not any more! These guys were fast to get to us in Cheam, and great communicators throughout. And very tidy workers. We also needed our gutter cleaned and repaired. Amazing before and after. Would definitely recommend it.

He took great care to social distance which I really appreciated having mentioned in advance that I was shielding. He took pride in his work and everything was spotless afterwards. I really like using small, local companies as I think you get a better service and this was no exception. The owner replied to my initial query really quickly and arrived on time. They cleaned my gutters and roof that had become stained by moss and leaf debris. It all looked great afterwards. They even carried out a few minor gutter repairs for me. Really good communication and customer service and a good price too.

We know that render and soffits cleaning can cause damage if it's not done right. So we were nervous about getting anyone in as ours has seen better days. It now looks fantastic. They were great guys (local to Chessington), who worked hard and were really professional. Superb job cleaning our gutters at the same time!

Such a fantastic job cleaning both the roof of the house and the conservatory roof. Both of which were looking quick dirty. My block paving was looking so bad, I was considering replacing it. I decided to try cleaning it first and the result is amazing. Can't believe it came up looking so good. They re-sanded and sealed it afterwards too to make sure it was all done properly.
