The two guys who came examined the gutters with a camera before they started work. It took about two-three hours for them to clean it all. They explained the whole process carefully, were really polite and left no mess. Very happy with the work done.

Gutters and downpipes very thoroughly cleaned

Really efficient, neat and tidy workers. We have a terraced house (in Pyrford) but access was no issue for them. Once our gutters were cleared out they then dismantled the downpipes to give them a good scrub too – but then most importantly tested everything once it was back together to make sure there was no leaks. Really professional and nice guys.

Our gutter began leaking in a heavy downpour. The problem was it was a Sunday and the leak was threatening to penetrate a nearby air brick. I called JWS hoping for an emergency service – but I didn't expect the same day service I got. The guy who came round was so nice and cheerful despite the heavy rain and being late for his Sunday lunch. Cannot thank you enough. Recommend!!!

These guys did a really excellent job. Not only did the clean out the gutters as I'd hired them to do, but they also fitted some new brackets to replace ones that had corroded. Nice and professional and would definitely use them again.

Super-quick gutter cleaning

Called JWS out to repair a join that had previously been fixed by someone else but had come apart again in really bad weather. They turned up fast and did the work with no complaints. I felt bad about calling them out for such a little fix so asked him if he could clean the gutters at the same time. But he assured me it was all fine and that the gutters would be good for at least another six months. Good, honest service.
