Such a fantastic job cleaning both the roof of the house and the conservatory roof. Both of which were looking quick dirty. My block paving was looking so bad, I was considering replacing it. I decided to try cleaning it first and the result is amazing. Can't believe it came up looking so good. They re-sanded and sealed it afterwards too to make sure it was all done properly. Great service. Called them on the Friday afternoon and they sent someone to give me a free quote on the Monday morning. It was a good price so I went for it – and the work was done within the hour. Fantastic! Good awareness of social distancing too.

I really like using small, local companies as I think you get a better service and this was no exception. The owner replied to my initial query really quickly and arrived on time. They cleaned my gutters and roof that had become stained by moss and leaf debris. It all looked great afterwards. They even carried out a few minor gutter repairs for me. Really good communication and customer service and a good price too.

These guys are experts. Great communicators and they used a camera to show me the blockage in my gutters which I thought was pretty impressive. The job was so good that I asked them to do the back gutters at the same time since they had come out to me in Esher. Carried out the job safely without a ladder. Everything left spotless afterwards.

We have been shielding so are always nervous now when someone comes to our home. They were so respectful on all levels... Turned up on time and did an excellent job. The communication skill throughout were outstanding and very importantly we all managed the social distancing well. I am delighted with the outcome. Our gutters are clean and now function properly.

The guy who turned up was so hardworking and pleasant. There were some big potted plants in the way, but he was more than happy to do the heavy lifting to get access as I'm not so able these days. That was really kind, thank you!

We needed the guttering of our Cobham Georgian property cleared. It's a difficult because of the age of the property. But JWS vacuumed, cleared and in parts, washed down all the gutters being careful not to cause any damage. I was shown all of the build up of debris which had been causing the problem. I need to wait for it to rain to test out if everything is okay – but I'm sure it will be. The two tradesman who turned up were polite and obviously very experienced. Really appreciated their feedback about the roof too. Noted! Will definitely use again and recommend highly.

I've been using another guy to do this work for years now, but he's recently retired so I decided to try JWS. Really pleased I gave them a shot. We're in Carshalton and the property is right next to the woods so we get a lot of debris blocking our gutters over the winter. It was a big job but they cleared all of the gutters, soffits, awning cassette, carport glass roof and covered outdoor room roof. Hard workers and the job was done in far less time than I expected. See you in another 12 months!

Fantastic work carried out today. They were true grafters and worked constantly with no break. Gutters clean and cleared as well as our fascias, soffits and bargeboards. They all look brand new!
