Mike Inns was very professional in his approach to cleaning all the walls, paths and balustrade in the garden. He advised on a steam treatment to the balustrade to kill the black spot and the sooty mould on the delicate surfaces. The result was a resounding success together with the high pressure work for the brick structures and concrete paved areas.

We needed the guttering of our Cobham Georgian property cleared. It's a difficult because of the age of the property. But JWS vacuumed, cleared and in parts, washed down all the gutters being careful not to cause any damage. I was shown all of the build up of debris which had been causing the problem. I need to wait for it to rain to test out if everything is okay – but I'm sure it will be. The two tradesman who turned up were polite and obviously very experienced. Really efficient, neat and tidy workers. We have a terraced house (in Pyrford) but access was no issue for them. Once our gutters were cleared out they then dismantled the downpipes to give them a good scrub too – but then most importantly tested everything once it was back together to make sure there was no leaks. Really professional and nice guys.

I've been using another guy to do this work for years now, but he's recently retired so I decided to try JWS. Really pleased I gave them a shot. We're in Carshalton and the property is right next to the woods so we get a lot of debris blocking our gutters over the winter. Got these guys round to Bromley to clean the gutters and fascias. The service was prompt and they did a really great job. I did notice that the top of one of the window frames was still a bit dirty afterwards – but in all fairness it was a hard to see spot and they did ask me to inspect it all before they left and I didn't see it then either. So can't complain, great work!
